At MALAGA AGP airport, go to the exit and Parking Express to Meeting Point 28B, where you will be picked up by our employee or you will receive a vehicle there (depending on occupancy).

Booking a car with additional damage-free insurance completely eliminates your liability for damage to the car, and in the event of damage to the vehicle, you will not incur additional costs for the damage. In the event of damage and the perpetrator is unknown, be sure to report this fact to by phone or e-mail, but do not worry, because you will not be charged for car repairs if you book a car with additional insurance. The condition for the additional insurance to be valid is the driver’s sobriety. The driver cannot be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. The Renter must be the driver at the time of the damage.

When renting vehicles for the “D” segment, there is no mileage limit. The kilometer limit applies only to Premium vehicles.

Yes, from 22:00 to 06:00 there is an additional night service fee of EUR 30, from 06:00 to 22:00 there is no charge.

Yes, book a car with a car seat in our booking panel.

Yes, select “Additional driver” in the booking panel and inform the employee about this fact when picking up the employee’s car.

Yes, if you report this fact and make a reservation with an additional permit to travel abroad.

At least 18 years of age and a valid driving license for economy class cars. For premium vehicles, the minimum age is 21 years.

If you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address provided within a maximum of 36 hours of making the reservation. We reserve the right to contact you by phone to confirm your reservation. If you need a vehicle immediately, please make a reservation on the website and contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Yes, we make every effort to ensure that you receive a clean vehicle. The vehicle should return in the same clean condition. If you don’t feel like or have time to wash your vehicle inside and out while on vacation, you can book a vehicle without having to wash it!

You return the fuel level at a similar level as you received it, usually it is full tank. We always check the fuel level upon delivery and return of the car.

You can drive to Gibraltar and leave your vehicle in a special parking lot for tourists at the border, 99% of customers do not travel outside Spain.

Yes, if you do not book a vehicle with additional insurance waiving your share, the Renter is responsible for any damage occurring during the rental. You can also decide on the spot if you have not selected additional insurance in the booking panel.

Yes, parking costs are always the responsibility of the tenant.
